Virtus were engaged by Hines Cherrywood fund ICAV for the Project Management for the SHD planning process of TC5, within the Cherrywood SDZ area in Co. Dublin.
The proposed development consists of 146 apartments of high amenity and durable value with a total gross floor area of 15940m2 above basement. The development site at TC5 is within walking distance of the Cherrywood new town centre and located on Grand Parade, a vibrant new boulevard which will link the town centre to Tully Park and the surrounding area.
The process allowed the Virtus team to use extensive “lessons learned” knowledge and expectations from previous planning grants within the SDZ area which were pivotal to gaining the final grant for our Client.
