Cherrywood TC6

Sustainable PRS Community

Virtus were engaged by Hines Cherrywood Fund ICAV for the Project Management of the SHD planning process of TC6, within the Cherrywood SDZ area in Co. Dublin.

The proposal gained full planning for 184 new residential dwellings on a plot bounded by Bishop Street to the south and Tully Park to the north.

The dwellings proposed vary in typology to include a range of units from 1 bed to 5 beds in size including apartments, maisonettes, houses, all associated works and landscaping on an undeveloped greenfield site identified within the Cherrywood Planning Scheme, Cherrywood.cVirtus were engaged for the SHD planning process of TC6 Cherrywood, in order to coordinate the design team members to gain a successful grant within an extremely challenging typography.

Virtus worked collaboratively with the full design team and local authority to achieve a full grant within the time constraints allowed for.
