Two Grand Parade

Virtus were engaged by Hines Peterson for the Project Management and Quantity Surveying of the restoration and extension to 2 Grand Parade.

Originally constructed in 1962, 2 Grand Parade was the former headquarters of PJ Carroll’s cigarette company and subsequently Irish Nationwide Building Society.

The 1.7 acre site includes an office building comprising eight stories and a floor
space of 52,000 sq. ft. and benefits from a highly convenient location adjacent to Charlemont LUAS stop.

When completed the project will provide over 110,000 sq. ft of Grade A office space.
Virtus initially prepared the due diligence report as part of the acquisition process and were retained to ensure that our Client’s business plans goals are achieved.

By applying our experience in the Project Management and Quantity Surveying of large scale complex projects we ensured that the right processes, financial controls and project structures were put in place from the commencement of the project.
