Virtus were engaged by JMK Group for the demolition of two existing buildings at Uxbridge Road, Ealing, West London and the construction of a 10 storey, 182 bedroom 3* hotel to be operated under the Hilton franchise in their Hampton by Hilton Hotel brand.

The development is currently under construction under a Design & Build Contract with MB McNamara Construction. By applying our extensive experience in the project management and quantity surveying of hotel projects we are ensuring that the project is being delivered ahead or programme and within budget and in full compliance with the Hilton hotel brand standards.
