Part of the Intercontinental Hotel Group, the new Holiday Inn hotel which is located adjacent to Dublin Airport will provide 421 bedrooms, conference facilities, restaurants, bars and airport park and ride facilities. The hotel will be the largest single phased hotel development ever in Ireland.

The project was construction under a Design & Build Contract with Stewart Construction. By applying our extensive experience in the project management and quantity surveying of hotel projects we are ensuring that the project is being delivered on time and within budget and in full compliance with the IHG hotel brand standards.
