The new Merlin Films studio in Asbourne, Co Meath consists of the construction of a new 135,000 sqft film studio to provide extensive film production facilities including three sound stages, props areas, costume departments, workshops, hairs & make-up facilities, production offices and star dressing rooms. Key elements of the project included acoustic treatments, electrical distribution, fire safety and building compliance.

Virtus initially prepared the due diligence report as part of the feasibility process and were retained to ensure that our Client’s ambitions were achieved.
