Virtus were appointed to Mount Juliet Estate’s new golf club house located adjacent to the Hunter’s Yard Hotel which is part of the overall re-development of the iconic estate. The clubhouse includes a members’ bar, a multi-purpose function room, restaurant with external terraces overlooking the course. Locker rooms with world class washing, grooming and changing facilities.

By applying our experience in the project management of hospitably projects we ensured that the project was both delivered on time and within budget.
