Virtus were engaged by Hines for Project Management and Commercial Management services for a significant new residential led development at South Circular Road, Dublin 8. Comprising two adjacent sites known as the Player Wills and Bailey Gibson sites, the development comprises of demolition of all buildings, with the exception of the original Player Wills factory building, and the construction of circa 1,200 residential units and associated tenant amenities, ground floor commercial/retail space, underground car parking, landscaping, open space and public realm.

Virtus are actively engaged in the co-ordination and management of the project team in its current planning stage of the project, which is advancing towards lodgement of two Strategic Housing Development Planning Applications in Q1 2020.
