Virtus are engaged by Grant Thornton for the Project Management of a 17 story grade A office development, The Exo Building. This new development in the heart of the Dublin docklands comprises 16, 025 sq. m of premium office space with panoramic views across the city. The building will include 15 highly efficient and flexible floor plates with an extensive 1,048 sq m level 8 roof garden for future tenants to avail of. The EXO Building will be a striking new landmark for the city’s revitalised North Quays. The accessibility of the building is unprecedented which include the east link bridge, Luas line, Port tunnel, M50 and bus routes all within a stones throw away. As Dublin’s tallest office structure, it will push the city’s skyline to dramatic new heights, utterly changing the way Dublin is viewed
Virtus were engaged from planning to construction completion of the development, including the point village regeneration. The Virtus team coordinate with consultant managers, clients and team members to set expectations, deliverables, and clear objectives. The Exo building is of an extremely high engineering standard and the Virtus team formulate and implement strategies on how project objectives can be met efficiently in the right sequence, by the consultants with unique skills within project constraints (time, budget, quality, and methodology).
