Virtus were engaged by JMK Group for the demolition of the existing Riverhouse Building, Chancery Lane, Dublin 7 and the construction of a new 249 bedroom 3* hotel operated by Hilton under their Hampton by Hilton Hotel brand.

The development is currently under construction under a Design & Build Contract with MB McNamara Construction. By applying our extensive experience in the project management and quantity surveying of hotel projects we are ensuring that the project is being delivered on time and within budget and in full compliance with the Hilton hotel brand standards.
