Virtus were engaged by Aviva Life and Pensions DAC for the project management services for a high quality upgrade to the retail mall at Royal Hibernian Way.
The project comprised of the upgrade of all shop fronts and public realm in the mall, and the amalgamation of units to create two new anchor restaurant units. The project was undertaken whilst keeping the mall open for business.
Virtus are currently engaged in relation to the next phase of development at Royal Hibernian Way, comprising the upgrade and vertical and horizontal extension of an existing office building, known as Block C, on Duke Lane.
Planning permission has recently been granted for the scheme, which is now proceeding to detailed design and tender.
