Virtus provided planning consultancy services for a 165 no. residential scheme, with a mixture of houses and apartments, in Rush. Co. Dublin. Virtus co-ordinated a full design team in the preparation a Strategic Housing Development application for the scheme.
This key infill site presented a number of challenges in planning terms, including a heritage boundary wall, a requirement for a distributor road through the site, challenging neighbour boundary issues and objectives for adjacent street and road upgrades.
Planning permission was granted by An Bord Pleanala in January 2020.
