Virtus were engaged by Grant Thornton/NAMA for the project management of the Spencer Dock development in Dublin City Centre, comprising the construction of two next generation office blocks providing over 380,000 sqft of Grade A office space.

In addition, the development comprises the refurbishment and extension to the existing Railway Hotel providing a new 178 Bedroom 4* hotel and the provision of 179 purpose built PRS apartments.

Virtus managed the planning process for Grant Thornton and by applying our experience in the Project Management of large scale complex office and restorations projects we ensured that the right processes, cost controls and project structures were put in place from the commencement of the project in order to secure a planning grant.
