Virtus are currently providing planning consultancy services for a 197 no. residential scheme, with a mixture of houses and apartments, in Rush. Co. Dublin. Virtus are co-ordinating a full design team in the preparation a Strategic Housing Development application for the scheme. It is expected that an SHD application will be lodged in Q1 2020.
