Neilus is a Chartered Building Services Engineer with over 20 years experience in the construction industry both in Ireland and the UK. In addition to project managing large scale project, Neilus is responsible for our specialist Mechanical and Electrical Services project management service.
Neilus’s ability to thoroughly review mechanical and electrical design proposals from a cost, effectiveness and compliance perspective is vital to clients.
Robert has a wealth of experience across a number of sectors. Robert holds a Diploma in Project Management, a LLB (Law) and a BSc in Spatial Planning. Robert is a Chartered member of the Irish Planning Institute.
Robert is currently responsible for project managing a range of large scale projects, both residential and commercial. In addition to project management services, Robert also provides town planning consultancy services on a number of significant schemes.
Mary Rose O'Donnell
Mary Rose is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and Engineers Ireland (MIEI) member with 15 years construction industry experience. Mary Rose has completed many large scale construction projects in all sectors across Ireland and the UK .
Mary Rose has worked in main contractor, developer and client side project management roles which provides significant benefit to all developments she is involved in.
Mike is a highly experienced Project & Cost Manager with extensive experience in a wide variety of projects both in Ireland and overseas.
His extensive competencies include pre acquisition due diligence, procurement management, pre & post tender commercial management, project planning and reporting, risk and programme management.
Natasha is a Senior Project Manager with over 15 years experience in development and large scale construction projects . Natasha has a wealth of experience in client representative and client project management roles particularly in the residential and retail sectors.
Natasha holds a BTech in Construction Technology and a Dip Project Mgnt and has a wealth of experience on Retail , Residential, Office for both Shell and Core and Fitout.
Joseph holds a MSc in Construction Project Management and has significant experience within the construction industry.
Joseph has demonstrated success in the ability to guide top-performing design & construction teams through proactive project management skills and a proven track record in communicating with all levels of management, contractors and internal departments to coordinate projects from inception through to implementation.
Arran has 20 years of postgraduate experience working in the built environment sector performing both consultancy and project delivery roles. Arran has proven leadership abilities including the supervision of diverse specialist design and construction supply chain partners.
He has particular expertise in healthcare infrastructure and multi-unit residential development, having provided services from project inception to completion.
Joe is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and Senior Project Manager with 13 years of experience in the construction and development industries.
Joe has extensive experience and skills in the management of large scale projects with key skills including commercial management, contract administration, cost planning and programming. Joe has a wealth of experience in design team management and co-ordination of client/investor relationships.
Gerald holds a MA in Town and Country Planning. Gerald is an experienced planning and real estate consultant with over 10 years experience in the industry in Ireland and the UK.
Gerald is currently involved in site promotion through the planning process, planning application and supporting documentation preparation for development proposals, national legislation and national and local planning policy review and analysis, development marketing and project management.
Anthony is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the construction, development and property industries.
Anthony holds a Degree in Quantity Surveying, a Master’s Degree in Property Economics and a number of post graduate qualifications in BIM, Project Management, Construction Project Management and Cost Management. Anthony is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Deirdre joined Virtus Project Management in 2018. She is responsible for the Financial Accounting and Office Administrator of the company. Deirdre has over 20 years extensive experience in Accounting within the Property Industry and Legal Sector.
Deirdre is a member of Accounting Technician Ireland and has a qualification from IPASS in Payroll Management.
