Virtus were engaged by Adstone Captial for the development of the purpose-built PRS community in Whitepines, Stocking Avenue, Rathfarnham.

The proposed development consists of a mix of 420 one-bed, two-bed and three-bed apartments with associated communal facilities and landscaped courtyards and external play areas.
